Purchase a yoga mat. If you need to borrow, please remember, I would like to prohibit the sharing of sweaty mats and will provide cleaning solution for you to give it a spritz

Practice on an empty stomach if possible

You won’t want to be burning all of your energy in your belly while you are practicing.  Juice or fruit can help with an energy boost prior to class if needed Yoga classes Great Falls MT

Take care of yourself

This is your practice, do what you can do, and understand the difference between intensity and pain in your body.  Find your edge, work hard for you, and thank your body for supporting you. Yoga classes Great Falls MT

Don’t be “that” guy
